Applications and questions should be sent to the Jacques Delors European Information Centre/Directorate-General for European Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via e-mail candidaturas.europeias@mne.pt.

For the application, consideration should be given to the Status of the Seconded National Expert.
