Social Charter
The Social Charter is a study of analysis of the dynamics of the Network of Social Services and Equipment (RSES) intending to make known the social responses protected by the MTSSS, within the scope of social action, operating in the Continent as well as its characterization, territorial location, equipment and support entities.
Lets you know which kindergartens, leisure centres, day and night centres, home support centres, service centers, among others that exist in a region (district/municipality/parish).

O Regulatory Decree No º 1/2026, of 21 January (restructuring the Strategy and Planning Office and establishing the Directorate-General for Coordination and Planning of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security) determines that the Directorate-General for Solidarity and Social Security (DGSSS) shall succeed the GEP in the tasks provided for in Article 16.º of Ordinance No. º 66/2021, of 17 March.
